The price includes housing accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, expert guides, activities, and some meals. Additional meals, tips, and optional excursions may not be included but will be clearly outlines at the time of booking.

While not required, we highly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, from flight delays to medical emergencies.
-You must notify us 60 days before departure for a full refund; after this, refunds are subject to review and approval based on cancellation circumstances.
-We understand that unexpected situations may arise that necessitate last-minute cancellations. Customers facing extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or family emergencies are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss their options.
-A 15% cancellation fee may apply within 60 days of departure for approved cancellations, due to unforeseen circumstances.
-In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. These refunds will be calculated based on the remaining value of the trip after deducting any applicable fees or non-refundable expenses.
-Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring compliance with any visa, passport, or health requirements for the destination(s) of the trip. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation fees or non-refundable expenses.
-While we strive to process refunds promptly, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
-We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify trips due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, customers may be offered alternative trip dates or refunds at our discretion.
-We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or direct communication channels.
